My next “Introduction to Hoopdance Course” is changing and evolving to satisfy the demand for hoop-fitness style classes. Now by it’s new name “Hula Hoop Dance & Fitness Course”.
I’m really up for this and looking forward to getting us all looking hot for the summer! Hoop in its own right can get be a great tool for toning up your whole body, with a some extra exercises thrown in this is sure to be a powerful class!
As I’ve come from a background of dance I’m sure I won’t be able to resist adding in some tricks for you which will make this a varied class – one where you can get fit in a friendly, relaxed and non-competitive environment.
